Editing the Database
Your data can be accessed for editing in one of two ways.
You will access the records through the Edit Database link, or the
Search Database link. Either will display the records in a table, one per line.
Note:If you do see any column headings, go to Database Setup
and check the boxes for the columns you would like to see in these lists.
Each record may be edited by clicking on the Edit Link. A window will popup
and you will be able to edit the record. The main screen will not refresh
unless you reload. This is done to save time if you are editing many records
from the list.
Each record also has a checkbox for removal. To remove records, check all
records that you wish to remove and go to the bottom of the list and click
the "Remove Selected Records" button.
You will then confirm their removal on the next screen.
