Sending Newsletters
The Newsletter routine is an add-on to the Database Doctor w/Public Entry Form.
In order to use the Newsletter feature, one of your columns must contain
an email address exclusively. When you send your newsletter, you will select that
Column Name from the list provided.
The mailing routine will also insert data from your database for each
record. As with the Search Results templates, a replacement system is used.
By combining VALUE with the Column Number, the data from that column from the
record being dealt with will be included in your email. A list of columns and
their replacement values is provided on the Newsletter screen.
